1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Commercial Service govern the evaluation, licensing, and integration of the Nyxium NX-1 Continuous World Engine, associated SDK libraries (Python, C++, Rust, ROS2), and related developer documentation provided by Nyxium Dynamics Inc.

2. Proprietary Technology & IP Protection

The underlying mathematical algorithms, continuous implicit Signed Distance Field representations, spatial rotary position embeddings (S-RoPE), and compiled FP8 matrix kernels are the exclusive intellectual property of Nyxium Dynamics Inc., protected under United States and international patent laws.
